After you purchase your QR code from our product page, we will email you within 10 minutes for you to set up your gallery.

From there you can name your gallery, change privacy settings, toggle gallery features such as the guestbooks and download your QR code.

We also provide 45+ free editable templates for you to download and use for your place-cards. We do not offer printing. Included in your purchase are both audio and digital guestbooks and a slideshow feature.

The QR code and gallery are both live for 6 months after you click the "activate" button on your gallery. You can purchase your gallery at anytime, then activate it closer to your wedding date.

Yes, the only people who have access are those who have scanned the code or yourselves. There is an option to add a password to view the gallery, meaning your guests can only upload but not view the gallery.

Included in your one-time purchase is access to your photo & video media gallery and the associated live Slideshow Feature.

We also provide access to 45+ editable QR Code place-cards which you can customize and download to then print and display on your wedding day.

A Digital and Audio Guestbook is also included in your purchase so your guests can leave you written or voice messages to cherish after your event!

Simply display your QR code at your wedding or event for people to scan and upload their photos, videos, and messages. It always helps to mention to guests what the QR code is for, “Please scan the QR code and upload all your amazing photos and videos for the couple to enjoy”.

Alternatively, we provide a URL web-link for your gallery too. While the QR code is to display at your event, the digital link is to send to people via messenger, email or text so they can upload photos or videos after the event has happened.

We are yet to find a limit. We aren't saying we are limitless... But thousands is no problem.

The audio guestbook allows your guests to record and share voice messages with you. Guests simply scan your QR Code and select “Audio Guestbook”. They can then start recording their voice message, preview it, and submit it when they are ready!

The Digital Guestbook allows your guests to share written messages with you. Guests simply scan your QR Code and select “Sign Guestbook” to write and submit a loving message for you to keep.

Once guests upload media to your gallery, log into the portal then visit your gallery and click the Slideshow button. You can then make your slideshow fullscreen and cycle through all the memories from your day on your phone or use a projector to show it in real time at your wedding or event. 

Top Tip: Connect to a projector or screen at your wedding reception for a live interactive slideshow experience which your guests will love!

The images or video will be the same quality as they were taken.

Yes of course, they are all yours to download, share, keep and cherish. Simply select all media, click the download button, enter your email and a download link will be sent to your email for you to download.

Yes, anyone who is having an event, a family catch up, Christmas catch up, honeymoon or birthday party can use our QR codes to collect photos, videos & messages from all their friends and family.

YES, there is no app, it is all hosted on the normal web, so if you have internet or WiFi you will be able to access the gallery functions

The QR should be on display at your event - if after the event they contact you wanting to upload further photos, just send them the sharable link found in your setting tab via your portal.
